The Position

We are a team in the Portfolio Management Chapter Engineering. Here we are significantly involved in the collection, analysis, and processing of all technical data and ensure that this is effectively presented to stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels. This important function forms the basis for data-driven decisions in the context of investment projects. We develop, establish, and maintain the data structure and the use of portfolio tools such as Cora, resource planning, the benchmarking database, and the target setting process for our engineering portfolios. With reports, samples, and plausibility checks, we ensure the validity of data and generate insights for our colleagues and stakeholders, both on a local and global level. Success for our team means the consistent availability of portfolio data, the effectiveness of the tools we develop and maintain to meet the internal requirements of engineering in the context of our capex portfolio. We strive to deliver usable insights, improve data accuracy, and increase the efficiency of our tools and processes.

Your tasks

• You support the development and implementation of a new portfolio database structure
• You technically further develop our existing resource planning tool
• You take care of the correct reading of the monthly end data of all projects
• You conduct data quality analyses and derive improvements from them
• You create visualizations and reports based on portfolio data

Your profile

• You are currently in an IT and/or engineering degree program
• You have a high affinity for IT and pragmatic IT solutions
• You have knowledge of software scripting, ideally Google AppScript or related scripting languages
• You have an interest in learning and applying knowledge in the field of data analysis and visualization and demonstrate a self-reliant working style (possibly also self-study)
• You bring a basic understanding of project management and working in a project environment

Period: From February 1, 2026, or by agreement for at least six months
