The Position
The position of Technical Operator in Produktionssupport BII/BIII at our Penzberg location has a common goal: to reliably supply people worldwide with vital medicines – safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. We question existing practices, drive new ideas forward, and continuously develop ourselves – for our patients worldwide.
We are a team of about 15 people in the support area who clean and provide the production equipment for FERM, DSP, and CERA.
An open and honest way of dealing with each other, characterized by respect and appreciation, is particularly important to us.
We currently work in shifts from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 17:00 and regularly on public holidays and, if necessary, on weekends.
Your Tasks
- The independent execution, planning, and coordination of work steps in the GMP-regulated operation/work environment (e.g., preparation of production equipment and aids for their use in active ingredient production, cleaning and autoclaving of consumables such as process and laboratory equipment)
- Operating complex systems - Aspire, MES, Hygienetool, Fiori, eLogbuch, Tulip, Single Lims, eVal
- Evaluation of data
- Review of GMP documentation
- Depending on the responsible area, it involves activities in fermentation, purification, and pegylation. The flexible switch between three operations, which have different requirements regarding the activities and processes to be performed, is assumed.
- This also includes routine monitoring (WFI sample trains, monitoring with Sediplate, laying out Abklatschrahmen)
- Support in the revision of SOPs
- Involvement in deviation processes (initiation and independent processing)
- Carrying out and supporting validations and verifications of production equipment
- Carrying out and organizing maintenance and other maintenance work in the support area
- Taking on responsibilities (e.g., plant responsibility, training responsibility)
- Furthermore, you will work with various LEAN tools such as KANBAN, 5S, etc. and advance topics in the context of continuous improvement
- Lifting and moving loads up to 15 kg is required.
Who You Are:
For this position, you bring the following qualifications:
- You have a successfully completed training as a chemical technician (m/w/d) or a completed training with professional experience in the production environment
- You have knowledge of working with SAP software.
- You have very good German and good English skills in speech and writing.
- Working in a GMP environment/cleanroom is familiar to you and you enjoy it.
- You are confident in using the common IT systems.
- Your joy in practical work in the kitchen/production environment distinguishes you.
- You enjoy working in a team, are motivated, and approach tasks independently, responsibly, and conscientiously.
