The Position

Roche Diagnostics Adriatic Division, is seeking a motivated, responsible, and reliable student to support its Sales and Finance department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about laboratory medicine, eager to learn, and skilled in handling professional documentation and data analysis tools such as Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing technical documentation related to the sale of Roche analyzers and solutions in laboratory medicine (biochemistry, immunochemistry, and urine diagnostics) with public and private healthcare institutions.
• Organize files, tables, and label technical content within documentation.
• Collect and manage data from various public databases and sources.
• Support analysis of sales process efficiency.
• Regularly update and maintain pricing information in the company database.
• Verify accuracy of financial data in internal ERP systems.
• Prepare dynamic financial analyses and monthly sales reports.
• Provide occasional administrative support and participate in internal sales team meetings.

Who You Are:

• Current University student in a Natural Sciences Field (e.g., laboratory biomedicine, biochemistry, pharmacy, medicine, chemistry).
• Tech skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides), SmartSheet, and CRM systems.
• Good command of English and Slovenian.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
• Available for at least one year, flexible to work 20–30 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance.
