The Position

In the area of Near Patient Care (NPC) we shape the future of diagnostics directly at the patient. As part of our team, you will develop innovative solutions that revolutionize clinical decision-making. You will work at the intersection of technology and patient proximity. Your tasks:

  • You lead and are responsible for the Requirements Engineering of systems and components.
  • You are responsible for the entire process of requirements management, from collection to validation, and moderate stakeholder viewpoints to ensure consistency.
  • You take on the technical interface definition and risk management in relation to product requirements.
  • You conduct impact analyses and present proposals to the Change Board.
  • You work closely with cross-functional teams and take on the technical leadership of coordinating technical experts (HW/SW development, integration, architects, etc.).
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methods in the area of Requirements Engineering.

What you bring with you:

  • Proven expertise in Requirements Engineering: In-depth knowledge of the methods of system engineering and the use of Application Lifecycle Management Tools (ALM Tools, e.g. Doors, Codebeamer).
  • Problem Solving & Consensus Building: Proven experience in problem solving, conflict management, and consensus building in technical and business disciplines.
  • Leadership & Project Management: Experience in the lateral leadership of teams and in project management to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, develop solution proposals, and manage technical interfaces.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, moderate workshops, and present results convincingly.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and English skills are essential for working in our international environment.
