The Position

As a Product and Communication Trainer (Sales Trainer) you will actively shape our training landscape by: Taking over the clarification of orders, conception and implementation of product and indication trainings for all employees in various training and training settings. The professional training of new functions as well as the continuous development of new continuing education and qualification opportunities for employees in the departments belong to your main tasks. In particular, these include communication trainings, through which the theoretical specialist knowledge is directly linked with the application-oriented conversation guidance.

Your further tasks at a glance:

  • Conception and moderation/facilitation of workshops, small and large group trainings in various settings (face-to-face and virtual), especially on communication and specialist topics.
  • Accompanying teams and individuals in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Close cooperation with the corresponding internal interfaces and regular exchange with relevant stakeholders as well as promotion of a trusting, results-oriented cooperation.
  • Building and maintaining networks to promote the exchange and further development of topics in the organization.
  • Convincing and committed co-creation, adaptation and implementation of global training formats in accordance with the globally applicable Roche Operating Principles, which guide us in our daily work.

Who You Are:

You hold a university degree (at least Master's or equivalent), preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical or natural sciences. A completed doctorate as well as further training in the field of training, moderation or a similar discipline is advantageous.

What You Bring:

  • Ideally, you have in-depth indication knowledge in one of our five therapy areas (oncology/hematology, neurology, ophthalmology, immunology or metabolic/cardiovascular diseases). If your expertise is specifically in neurology – ideally with a focus on multiple sclerosis or neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's/Parkinson's – this is advantageous.
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new scientific areas and are an expert in their structured, target group- and order-appropriate preparation. It gives you great pleasure to convey knowledge, proactively drive new developments and make the team's competence building tangible.
  • A quick understanding coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and action and the view of the overall system is reflected in a high consulting competence.
  • You convince through pronounced moderation skills, conflict resolution competence, communication strength and a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working across all interfaces.
  • A high IT affinity, especially for new and innovative digital tools (e.g. AI applications), is a matter of course for you – as well as very good English skills in speech and writing.
  • You are a team player who also likes to work in the network and has the willingness to permanently develop yourself.
