We are looking for talented post-graduates with a strong interest in Operations for our rotational development program within Pharma Technical Operations (PT) at Roche in Basel and Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. Over the course of 24 months, you will work in a cross-functional setup, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to different key PT projects at Roche. The development rotations are designed to provide challenging and meaningful business-related assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching under business managers and mentors. You will gain on-the-job experience and a broad perspective on the core PT functions that are critical to the manufacturing of Roche/Genentech products. ORDP offers you the opportunity to rotate in any of the functional business areas of PT including: Internal Manufacturing Network, Quality and Compliance, Cell & Gene Therapy, Technical Development, Operational Excellence & Digital, Technical Regulatory, Product and Supply Chain Management, MSAT & Engineering, Strategy, as well as functions supporting PT, e.g. Global Pharma Procurement.

You are a student or recently graduated (less than two years ago) from a Master's program in one of the following disciplines: Biochemical, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Operations, or related disciplines.
You bring Operations-related internships or maximum 2 years of work experience.
