The mission of the Marketing Strategy & Innovation (MSI) Chapter is to be at the forefront of marketing excellence through the architecture of exceptional customer experiences. Harnessing data into insights for both Roche and stakeholders, and being the expert in integrating the omnichannel approach to provide the right content with the right channels in the right moment to drive exceptional commercial results and optimal customer engagement.
