The Position

As a Customer Value Stream Partner you will build beneficial relationships with internal and external partners and customers to enable Roche to provide life-changing healthcare services.

• You bring in your deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the end-to-end value chain of Roche for patients.
• You use your collaborative and innovative approach to identify, plan, implement, and deliver sustainable supply chain solutions for optimal patient care.

Supply Chain

• You design and implement supply chain strategies to meet product and customer-specific requirements.
• You develop innovative supply chain solutions together with relevant business functions and provide them especially for new and prioritized products.
• You monitor the operational costs of the supply chain in collaboration with customer service and customer operations within the affiliate supply chain. You also monitor the cost to serve (C2S) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain area.

Partnering & Knowledge

• You act as the main contact for defined areas within the pharma core business of Roche Pharma AG and have a strong business acumen and profound expertise in the field of pharmaceutical supply chain topics.
• You work with key functions within the pharma core business of Roche Pharma AG to gain relevant insights into upcoming developments that are relevant for forecasts and future supply chain solutions.
• You continuously expand your knowledge about the Roche Pharma product portfolio, market trends, developments in the pharmaceutical market including conceivable relevant regulatory, legal, and political influences, economic actors, and stakeholders.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• You lead and coordinate innovative supply chain projects, including collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• You involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure targeted project communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• You also build and maintain relationships to ensure effective and efficient stakeholder management.
• You are responsible for implementing regulatory changes in collaboration with the relevant GxP and legal functions.

You have a university degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, or a university degree in natural sciences with additional qualifications in the field of supply chain. You have at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in the areas of commercial and/or supply chain. You have a deep understanding and expertise in the field of pharmaceutical supply chain infrastructure to translate future foreseeable changes in the healthcare industry into opportunities and challenges for the supply chain (including E2E supply chain solutions). You have strong application skills in the required IT infrastructure (e.g., SAP S4Hana, G-Suite, MS Office, CRM system). Your excellent communication skills enable you to mediate between different business areas and work in a self-organized team to jointly define and deliver effective supply chain solutions. You combine high learning ability and flexibility with a systemic and customer-oriented approach. This makes it easy for you to implement the guiding principles of Roche in practice. Fluent English skills complete your profile (German language skills are an advantage). The position is fixed-term for two years.
