As a member of our team (job scope), you will contribute to a combination of Clinical Operations and Evidence Generations Communities, participate in or lead Work Product Teams (WPT) that enable clinical trial delivery and data generation with a focus on delivering value for patients, investigators, and clinical sites staff.

Your initial focus as a Clinical Operations Partner will be focused on delivering work packages in clinical operations and evidence generations, covering feasibility/disease landscaping, start-up, and regulatory activities, budgeting and contracts, recruitment, data snapshot, and site closure. In addition, you will provide the clinical operations expertise on the local integrated evidence plan (iEP), and lead or support the execution of the local/cross-country evidence generation activities.

Over time, you will flow to other opportunities according to business needs and your interest, including but not limited to managing FSP model/GCP vendors/stakeholders, performing risk-adapted targeted quality checks of activities to support the local study management team, and representing a country single point of contact for system/process deployment.

Drive patient-centricity (mindsets, behaviors, and actions) throughout clinical operations and evidence generations network by always putting the needs of the patient and the investigator first. Cultivate meaningful peer-to-peer collaborations to drive a deeper understanding of investigator and patient needs across PDG, Pharma International and beyond, and in doing so nurture a culture of curiosity to enable faster, simpler and more patient-centric ways of operationalizing our studies.

Drive evolution of clinical operations and evidence generations through the bold pursuit of Roche's purpose (Doing now what patients need next) and driving Personalized Healthcare by creating, supporting, and embedding radically simpler ways to do high-impact work. This includes successfully delivering Clinical Operation's portfolio of studies, enabling projects and/or evidence generations activities.

Inspire and empower talent by working with colleagues, across Clinical operations and evidence generations network and all of Roche, to promote communication and community, in a global matrixed environment. Optimizing growth opportunities and capabilities to successfully contribute and operate in the global environment. Drive new thinking by identifying new opportunities and options to embrace value creation.

Proactive stakeholder management and alignment to achieve the Pharma Vision by collaborating influencing and partnering with many important stakeholders and colleagues across Roche including Product Development, Early Development, Diagnostics, Commercial, and our Affiliates as well as external Industry Collaboration Bodies, Investigators, and Clinical Site Staff, Patient Advocacy Groups, and Key Vendors.

Promote and support quality and compliance by being accountable for GCP/GVP compliance, data integrity, and taking a balanced risk-based approach in the work you are focused on, seeking guidance or direction as needed.

You are degree qualified within a medical/science-related field with a desire to lead clinical trial delivery/data generations and bring medicine to patients faster and broader. More than 2 years of previous experience in clinical operations and relevant areas is required.

Have a solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, have an understanding of drug development and/or evidence generations, and thrive within fluid and cross-functional teams

Preferably, experience in the execution of local and cross-country interventional studies / Real World Data (RWD) / Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS) and Non-Intervention studies (NIS)
