The role – your passion

1. Location development: Together with the central specialist departments and your team, you will further develop our location and ensure that the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
2. Process optimization: You implement existing standards and develop them further, bringing in your own ideas – e.g. in the case of vehicle handovers and returns.
3. International cooperation: You work closely with roadsurfer teams in other countries and continuously improve processes.
4. Team leadership: You lead your team with empathy, clear communication, and a supportive attitude that creates clarity, promotes performance, and enables growth.
5. Recruiting: You build your team and find talents who share your enthusiasm.
6. Fleet management: You keep an overview of the vehicle fleet, ensure its condition, and coordinate local service partners.
7. Customer advice: You know our products – myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent – and competently advise customers so they can be happy roadsurfers on the road.

What you need to surf with us

• Successfully completed training or studies in a relevant field or comparable qualification
• At least 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in car rental, tourism, or similar fields – lateral entrants are welcome
• First experience in team leadership is a plus – more important is that you communicate empathetically and create a working environment that provides clarity, promotes development, and enables your employees to act independently.
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as an open and friendly manner
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented working method
• Very good German and English skills
• Driving license class B

Your salary

We are transparent. The salary range for this position is between 39,000 EUR and 41,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary ranges in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary range suits you best. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback discussion.
