We are looking for an experienced aviation specialist to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective aircraft operations across our growing global network.

Reporting to the Aircraft Performance Manager, this role is responsible for delivering robust aircraft performance engineering, ensuring full compliance with GACA requirements and providing accurate, up to date operational data to flight crews and operational teams.

In this role, you will conduct take off, en route, and landing performance analysis for all destinations, validate airport and obstacle data, assess NOTAMs, and design engine out procedures to enhance operational safety.

You will manage and maintain aircraft performance data within LIDO Flight Planning and EFB platforms, investigate performance related anomalies, and support continuous optimisation through performance monitoring and fuel efficiency analysis.

While also playing a key role in developing and maintaining Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), weight and balance data, and flight operations manuals, ensuring technical integrity and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Engineering teams, you will contribute to special operations risk assessments, support new aircraft entries, and deliver performance training to dispatchers and relevant ground staff.

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years within an airline flight operations environment in a similar role.

You are expected to have strong background on any performance tools (FlySmart, OPT, PET, PEP, BCOP).
