About The Role

Can you ensure seamless HR operations that drive employee experience and organizational excellence?

We are looking for a people services professional to manage end to end HR operations, processing, benefits administration, and employee data management, ensuring timely, compliant, and service focused delivery across the employee lifecycle.

This role will maintain employment contracts, administer medical insurance, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and manage HR records to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

You will also provide HR insights through data analysis, resolve complex employee queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across People Services.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will translate HR policies, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into efficient processes that enhance workforce experience and organizational performance.

Keep HR running smoothly and make every employee touchpoint count.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 4 years in employee lifecycle management, including off-boarding, contract management, GOSI & medical insurance.

You are expected to have a strong understanding of HR policies, Saudi labor law, and internal governance.
