The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients. This role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to meet client needs. The Account Executive acts as a liaison between the client and the company, comfortable presenting to C Suite, collaborating closely with internal teams and other departments to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide effective solutions.
Sales Strategy Development - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve rounding out portfolio and cross selling targets to drive revenue growth.
Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, utilizing networking and relationship-building skills.
Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment in service delivery and client expectations.
Performance Monitoring - Track account performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Problem Resolution - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is $84,200 - $88,000 annually, plus bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
