The Associate Account Manager (AAM) plays a key role in supporting the Client Service team and gaining hands-on exposure to the insurance brokerage business. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation and grow their career within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The AAM is responsible for completing specific service and transactional tasks on an assigned book of business under the guidance of the Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Account Executive.
This role requires a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset and the ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and organization. The AAM is accountable for maintaining data integrity within the service system of record and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant. As skills develop, the AAM will take on stretch assignments and gain increased exposure to client interaction, setting the stage for future career advancement.
The AAM works closely with the Client Service team, taking primary direction from the Senior Account Manager or Account Manager, while learning best practices and building core technical and professional skills.
