GTreasury, now a Ripple solution, was acquired by Ripple in 2025, marking a significant expansion into the multi-trillion-dollar corporate finance arena.

GTreasury has more than 40 years of experience supporting some of the world's largest and most sophisticated companies. Integrating its treasury command center into Ripple's technology stack gives corporates the ability to move, manage, and optimize liquidity in real-time, across traditional and digital assets, under one expanded umbrella.

Join us to build the future of corporate treasury and the infrastructure that powers the Internet of Value.

The Work

As a Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer at GTreasury, you will lead the design, implementation, and evolution of a scalable, enterprise-grade cloud environment through standardized and automated patterns. You will join a FinTech leader focused on creating next-generation tools for the global corporate financial office, where you will own complex infrastructure initiatives and drive best practices across multiple cloud providers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring operational resilience, performance optimization, and cost efficiency while mentoring other engineers within the Technical Operations department.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement scalable cloud patterns, such as reusable Terraform modules, to ensure consistent and compliant environments.
  • Own Deployment Automation: Lead and optimize deployment automation using Octopus Deploy and Azure DevOps for both infrastructure and application releases.
  • Drive Cloud Governance: Own and enforce cloud security standards, identity and access management (IAM), and architectural best practices across Azure and AWS.
  • Partner with Engineering: Advise scrum teams early in the development lifecycle to ensure application architectures align with infrastructure services and CI/CD workflows.
  • Technical Mentorship: Act as a senior technical advisor, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers on IaC best practices and operational excellence.
  • Systemic Reliability: Lead incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive platform reliability and perform post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate New Technologies: Lead the evaluation of new approaches and tools to improve platform capabilities and support cost-efficiency initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive Experience: Five or more years as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or similar role, with deep experience operating production-grade infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
  • IaC Expertise: Deep proficiency with Terraform, including module development, state management, and multi-environment patterns.
  • Advanced Tooling Knowledge: Extensive experience with Octopus Deploy and Azure DevOps, focusing on pipeline architecture and optimization.
  • OS and Scripting Proficiency: Strong Windows OS management skills and PowerShell scripting abilities to automate complex operational workflows.
  • Security and Compliance: A strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing controls at scale for identity and network security.
  • Leadership and Influence: A proven ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Operational Readiness: Ability to participate in an on-call rotation to support critical infrastructure services in a fast-paced, global environment.
