Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity. We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment. Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. Yet, the cybersecurity culture in most companies is a disaster. Hackers are leveraging this by targeting the weakest link: the employees. We're on a mission to fix that.

We are looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Operations Manager to own our day-to-day finance processes while helping us scale for the future. This role will be the operational backbone of our finance function — ensuring timely close, smooth procurement, accurate billing, and efficient cash collection. Today, our accounting is managed by an external firm. You will coordinate with them to ensure accuracy and timeliness, while building the processes and tooling we'll need to gradually bring accounting in-house. What You Will Do

1) Monthly Close & Accounting Coordination

• Own monthly close operations and liaise with our external accounting firm.
• Move towards management accounting as we scale.
• Prepare and review schedules, reconciliations, and reports to ensure accurate books.
• Support audits, tax filings, and other compliance needs.

2) Finance Operations & Admin Support

• Partner with external providers on tax, admin, audit and compliance.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain finance systems (billing, expense tools).
• Build scalable processes and documentation to prepare for in-house accounting.

3) Procurement & Expense Management

• Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and approval workflows.
• Oversee corporate card program and employee reimbursements.
• Review and manage supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms, compliance, and cost control.
• Drive automation and process improvements for spend visibility and control.

4) Billing & Collections

• Support customer invoicing through Stripe Billing and other systems.
• Manage cash collections and AR follow-ups to optimize working capital.
• Improve collections efficiency and support billing processes

Who You Are

• 5–7 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (audit, GL, AP/AR background a plus).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Pennylane, Stripe Billing, Payhawk/Spendesk, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage both transactional work and process improvement.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong ownership and accountability.
• You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission
• You have a full professional proficiency in English and native in French
• You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate
