Support Engineer, Oracle Banking

Rimini Street, Inc., a global provider of enterprise software support and innovation solutions and the leading third-party support provider for Oracle, SAP and VMware software, is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System (FCUBS) Techno-Functional engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role will support customization and production support for Oracle Flexcube with modules like core banking, Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
• Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis and functional design for new business needs.
• Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration. Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
• Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube.
• Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup and issue resolution in production environments.
• Document functional and technical solutions, configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

• 8 to 10 Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
• Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
• Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
• Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
• Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
• Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
