Support Engineer, Ebs
Rimini Street, Inc., a global provider of enterprise software support, management, and innovation solutions, is seeking a skilled Oracle Applications Technical Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) support/development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow and XML Publisher, with added advantage if experienced in Oracle APEX.
Key responsibilities include developing and customizing Oracle EBS modules, designing and implementing technical solutions based on functional requirements, creating and maintaining interfaces, conversions, extensions, and reports, collaborating with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions, performing unit testing, support system integration testing, and assisting in UAT, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Oracle Applications, and documenting technical specifications and support knowledge transfer.
Experience required: 6 to 8 years. Required skills include strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R11/R12 technical development, proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and XML Publisher, experience with Oracle APIs and data migration techniques, strong knowledge on O2C and P2P processes, good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and database structure, and familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques. Preferred skills include experience with Oracle APEX development, exposure to OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and knowledge of version control tools (e.g., CVS, Git). Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and Oracle certifications are a plus.
