We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple teams within the business to develop a strong digital marketing campaign across multiple channels.

The role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches
3. Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email
4. Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI
5. Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience
6. Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives
7. Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategies
