✨ About The Role
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance issues
- Ensure proper facilities safety protocols are maintained and compliance with EH&S federal/state and local municipality regulations
- Manage vendor/contractor relationships for janitorial services, physical security, shipping/receiving, recycling, waste, and document control
- Determine equipment and supply needs to support building function and facilities upkeep
- Hands-on experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, environmental health, safety, energy, civil engineering, and HVAC needs is a major plus
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced project manager and facilities operations manager in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D laboratory facilities
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to maintenance, repair, and inspection of buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on projects with varying resource requirements
- Excellent communication skills to successfully negotiate with others, including business leadership
- Familiarity with facilities systems, safety protocols, and compliance with EH&S regulations
