Are you a strategic learning and development leader who has built and scaled global training programs that drive measurable business outcomes across customer, partner, and employee communities? Do you enjoy designing high-impact education strategies that accelerate SaaS and AI product adoption while also driving a profitable, high-margin services offering? Are you eager to lead and grow a diverse team of education professionals while shaping the future of learning at a fast-growing fintech company? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As the Senior Manager of Education Services at Ridgeline, you will lead and scale a growing learning organization responsible for training CX employees, services partners, and customer end-users on our modern, enterprise-grade AI platform for investment and wealth management. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Education Services, you will oversee a high-performing team while shaping the strategy, structure, technology stack, and commercial model of Ridgeline's evolving education offerings. You will design scalable programs, define success metrics, and ensure operational excellence to deliver meaningful customer outcomes and business impact. You will leverage modern learning methodologies and AI-enabled tools—including ChatGPT and Claude—to enhance program design, improve efficiency, and elevate learning experiences across our ecosystem.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we'd love to meet you.
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
