Account Executive - Digital Workplace

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Executive - Digital Workplace. At Ricoh, you'll work with cutting-edge products, collaborate with a talented team, and grow your career in an innovative environment.

As the Commercial Account Executive - Digital Workplace your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while also driving new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating new sales pipeline and you will grow new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh Customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute territory planning.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell Ricoh's suite of products and services, including Office Print / Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, Managed Services, tailored to the client's needs.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments.

To be successful in this role:

  • 5 Years + proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, digital solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven success in achievement of sales targets and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial sector and the challenges faced by businesses in managing workflows, documents, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
  • Experience in handling multi-level relationships including business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
  • Proven sales skills creating, advancing, and closing new sales.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong influencer and negotiator.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
