Summary of the Job: Responsible for implementing, administering, monitoring and troubleshooting HPE NonStop infrastructure systems. Ability to demonstrate expertise in said architecture, performance optimization, security best practices and continuous maintenance practices for critical systems. Ability to work closely with other team members, software & hardware vendors and end-users to collaboratively design technical solutions that meet business needs. Serve as a technical resource regarding the implementation and optimization of complex server-based configurations by providing expertise in various infrastructure platforms that include storage management, disaster recovery systems architecture, patch management and backup and recovery.
Sr. Systems Engineer:
Sr. Systems Engineer: Ideal candidate will have at least an Associate's degree in the related area with 5+ years of experience directly supporting HPE NonStop hardware in an enterprise server environment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating team building attitude and skills.
Qualifications:

Keeps current on best practices and trends in customer service. Provides consistency, reliability and a sense of urgency to address requests. Work to provide clear and accurate technical and self-service documentation. Assist end users to provide expertise in diagnosing technical issues. Ability to provide training for users and team members as requested.
Collaboration: Works in partnership with others across the organization to accomplish set goals and objectives. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborative partnerships with all levels of the organization to understand the business opportunities and challenges. Actively participates in meetings, providing input, expressing opinions, offering solutions and building consensus.

Ability to quickly adapt to multiple changing work demands and priorities by adjusting style and tactics to fit the new circumstances. Compensation range (base pay): $89,828.00-$148,215.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Please note, work location is subject to change based on business needs.
