As the Servicing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for processing transaction requests for customers, branch colleagues, and internal colleagues. Primary responsibilities include performing clerical operations related tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature, with high quality, in a fast-paced environment. You will apply various learned methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unit's product(s) and application(s) to perform tasks. You will work independently most of the time, perform basic research tasks and problem solving in assigned areas. You will ensure work complies with departmental procedures, applicable regulations, risk policies, and SLAs. You will perform basic data entry tasks, compile simple data elements, and perform routine math calculations. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritize, cross train within the department, and assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
