Position Summary: Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC) + Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites + ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites + ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians + ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into

Required Qualifications: Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word + 6 Month's experience in related field or technical call center + 6 Months to 1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience + Good communication and written skills

Preferred Qualifications: IT Customer Support in any previous employment + 6 Months to 1year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience + IT / Technical Education Degree

Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
