Lincoln Tech is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to identify, engage, and enroll prospective students in our skilled trades programs. This is a true sales role requiring proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling to help students discover career-changing educational opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred
• Comfortable with technology and social media prospecting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do:

• Generate leads through outbound calling, social media outreach, and community engagement
• Conduct compelling presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and career outcomes
• Guide prospects through the entire enrollment process from initial contact to program start
• Build relationships with potential students and their families through consultative selling
• Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets
• Represent Lincoln Tech at community events, job fairs, and industry gatherings
