About The Team

As part of the Oracle Health Foundations Organization, you'll join a high-impact Operational Intelligence team focused on building AI-driven systems that transform operational data into proactive, scalable decision platforms. We work across incidents, change records, support tickets, telemetry, and performance signals to improve the reliability, resilience, and stability of Oracle Health's products. Our team is advancing production-grade anomaly detection systems, real-time signal processing, and GenAI-powered intelligence services that move beyond reactive alerting toward contextual insight generation and semi-autonomous operational workflows. We are building scalable AI infrastructure on the Oracle AI Data Platform that detects performance abnormalities early, surfaces root-cause insights, reduces operational toil, and enables proactive intervention at scale.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy scalable anomaly detection systems across operational data sources (incidents, change records, support tickets, telemetry, and performance signals). Develop and operationalize machine learning services that integrate seamlessly into observability, monitoring, and operational pipelines. Build GenAI-powered intelligence services, including automated summarization, contextual signal correlation, and workflow automation capabilities. Design and implement infrastructure that enables real-time detection, insight generation, and semi-autonomous operational workflows under defined guardrails. Own the end-to-end ML engineering lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature pipelines, model packaging, deployment, monitoring, scaling, and reliability improvements. Guide architectural decisions related to distributed systems, model serving, streaming pipelines, observability integration, and AI platform utilization. Partner closely with data scientists, SRE, product, and operations teams to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, production-ready AI systems. Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of ML services in high-availability cloud environments. Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through code quality, testing standards, and deployment best practices. Stay current with advancements in ML systems engineering, anomaly detection infrastructure, applied GenAI, and agentic AI architectures—leading evaluation and adoption where appropriate.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing, and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours; paid parental leave; adoption assistance; Employee Stock Purchase Plan; financial planning and group legal; voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insurance.
