Affiliate Marketing Manager

You will own and scale our affiliate marketing channel to drive measurable revenue growth. You'll build strategic partner relationships and optimize performance through data-driven strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape our affiliate ecosystem and directly impact business outcomes.

We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. We unify partnerships, tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive strategy designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies that align with revenue targets and business objectives
• Managing global agency relationships and partner performance to ensure delivery against agreed metrics
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to align channel strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness
• Analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement optimization strategies across the affiliate channel
• Building and nurturing relationships with key affiliate partners to expand the partner ecosystem and unlock new market opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs
• Apply strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable strategies
• Manage agency relationships and external partner performance effectively
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Execute strategic initiatives while maintaining attention to operational details
• Understand affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and industry trends
• Bring experience with global affiliate programs and international markets
• Apply knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and performance marketing strategies

Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
