Member Services Representative (Call Center)

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Member Services Representatives to join our team based in Oklahoma. This is a long-term consulting assignment. Not a direct hire. Pay is $17.94 per hour. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT. Start date is 9/2/2025.

Responsibilities:

• Providing front-line phone customer service assisting members, prospective members, and providers with questions regarding benefits, pharmacy services, provider listings.
• High volume, fast paced, call center environment.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to meet service standards.
• A typical day will likely involve fielding between 75 to 100 calls.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
• Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
• Collaborating with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns.

Required:

• Must reside in the state of Oklahoma.
• 3 years of experience with Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment.
• 3 year experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications.
• 2 years call center experience.
• 1 year work from home environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
