The Identity Management Service Delivery Lead (SDL) role is a P5 level pivotal position within Raytheon's Digital Technology (DT) Technology Services team, responsible for overseeing the delivery and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the Raytheon business. This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly identity solutions that align with enterprise standards and meet the evolving needs of the business. The Identity Management SDL works closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize user experience, maintain a strong compliance posture, and enable seamless access to enterprise systems and resources. This role also partners closely with the Enterprise Services Identity and Access Management team to ensure business needs are understood and incorporated into Enterprise Identity Services.

Role Type – Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location (or other US Domestic Raytheon locations) as needed for the business. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories). Clearance Information: This position requires the ability to obtain a US DoD Secret security clearance after Day 1. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
