Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cranston, Rhode Island.   • Address and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing customer data and documentation.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to foster trust and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
