We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cranston, Rhode Island. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and attentive responses to customer inquiries.
• Manage order entries and updates in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and resolving any exceptions to maintain seamless operations.
• Monitor and respond to emails in the inbox, addressing customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Support inside sales efforts by collaborating with other teams and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track, adjust, and update orders as necessary.
• Address and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing customer data and documentation.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot customer problems, offering effective solutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to foster trust and reliability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong skills in order entry and data management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
