As the Liquidity Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating, monitoring, and validating the onboarding and servicing processes for Special Liquidity products. This role requires maintaining expertise in operational capabilities, systems, and products, ensuring high-quality execution of tasks, and providing exceptional support to Special Liquidity sales and service teams. Primary responsibilities include:
Detail focus on managing and quality assuring operations related to Special Liquidity products; overseeing and routing operations tickets, performing daily account monitoring and reporting, and researching issues related to treasury services and entitlements; facilitating authorized disbursements, managing exceptions, and handling wire deletions.
Facilitate, monitor and validate onboarding and servicing processes for Special Liquidity products, maintaining expertise in operational capabilities, systems, and products, and managing tickets and cases for Core Ops teams; facilitating post-execution documentation, sending welcome letters with wiring instructions, and enabling portal enrollment and setup; addressing exception requests, managing mailboxes for sales and service teams, and channeling requests for amendments, disbursements, triggering, termination, and ops exception requests.
Disbursement validation, periodic monitoring and reporting, error correction through Salesforce reports, and managing the Special Liquidity library for operational guidance, processes, and procedures; periodic control testing and refresh exercises, ensuring that all operational activities are conducted efficiently and accurately.
