We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the highest-leverage operator across our entire GTM function. You will be the strategic backbone for sales, growth marketing, customer success, and partnerships. This is not an admin role. It is foundational RevOps in its purest form.
You will build and manage the systems that power frontline execution. You will support every manager across pipeline management, instrumentation, and strategy. You will implement AI-native workflows, launch data visibility from scratch, and own the GTM stack. You will move fast, work directly with leadership, and create leverage across hundreds of workflows.
This role is ideal for someone with technical range, strong commercial intuition, and the ability to build the engine that drives revenue at scale.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. Title and base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
