Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of Mill operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety of manpower and equipment.
• Ensures mill production objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
• Achieves these objectives by delegating authority to key supervisors in production, quality control, maintenance, and other related functions.
• Is also responsible for short and long-term planning, capital and operating budgets, feasibility, engineering and cost studies for plant operations and plant equipment selection and acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
