Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of Mill operations to ensure maximum efficiency and safety of manpower and equipment. You are on a journey to join an exciting company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Ensures mill production objectives are met at lowest cost consistent with quality requirements.
• Achieves these objectives by delegating authority to key supervisors in production, quality control, maintenance and other related functions.
• Is also responsible for short and long-term planning, capital and operating budgets, feasibility, engineering and cost studies for plant operations and plant equipment selection and acquisition.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
