- Responsible for selection and maintenance of equipment and spinning process.
- To organize plan and oversee of the spinning process.
- To organize the workflow system to meet production specification and deadlines.
- To effective utilize the man power.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and standard products are coming out of the production unit.
- Monitor the product standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
