Sales Support Officer 1

Responsibilities:

The Sales Support Officer 1 provides essential administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes and effective customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to overall sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and generate sales reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with precision.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to the sales team and customers.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
