Responsibilities:

• Support assigned projects and activities by coordinating and conducting laboratory testing, performing data analysis, and preparing detailed reports.
• Coordinate and conduct laboratory testing for product development and improvement projects in line with project timelines and objectives.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Act as the method/demo responsible person by developing, maintaining, and improving testing methods and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Production to meet project and business goals.
• Support validation and verification of new products and processes through rigorous lab testing.
• Identify potential areas for process improvements and product enhancements through experimental research and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, laboratory procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product or process issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and scientific advancements to bring innovative solutions to the company.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
