Responsibilities:

Candidates will be required to act as the front desk of the company on a daily basis to handle enquiries and requests from customers. He or she may also work closely with overseas suppliers, export team, and finance team to ensure proper service delivery, shipping, and invoicing.

Candidates will be responsible for the full spectrum of shipping document processes including but not limited to shipping instructions, commercial invoices, draft BL checking, PO review, and etc.

Preparing draft documents for all shipment-related matters in advance for customer review and confirmation.

Eyes on 3rd party documents application status from overseas and acquire in time. Ensure all shipping documents comply to legal regulations and company policy before document presents to either customer or bank.

Knowledge with Letter of Credit (LC) preferable. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing incoming LC, analyzing credit worthiness of the LC, and minimizing risk of bad debts.

Bulk shipment knowledge needed. Candidates with knowledge in bulk shipment will be an added advantage.

He/she will be required to support traders or sales manager to manage issues that affect customer's order if there is any.

Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management team.
