✨ About The Role
- The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical voice in discussions with new prospects and customers, bridging the gap between engineering, sales, and product teams.
- Responsibilities include working with apps of various sizes from pre-signature to go-live, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- In the first month, the engineer will learn from Developer Support Engineers and become proficient in RevenueCat SDKs and APIs.
- Within the first three months, the engineer will represent RevenueCat on pre-sales calls and partner with Customer Success for customer implementations.
- The role involves collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to enhance public documentation and samples that drive growth.
- By the six-month mark, the engineer will manage high-value customer relationships and provide best practices and architectural recommendations.
- The engineer will also identify inefficiencies in the sales and onboarding processes and work on improvements.
- Within the first year, the engineer will be recognized for successful customer launches and may have the opportunity to mentor or manage future solutions engineers.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience as a top-performing sales or solutions engineer, particularly with technical products in the mobile or SaaS space.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Java/Kotlin), Dart, or React Native is essential.
- The candidate should be comfortable debugging foreign code and addressing technical issues as they arise.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment and a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle is crucial for driving successful outcomes.
- The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is necessary.
- The candidate should be an advocate for customers, balancing their needs with internal priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving will help the candidate thrive in this role.
