Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our mid-size personal injury law firm located in Woodland Hills. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary who thrives on developing innovative marketing initiatives and guiding the firm’s overall marketing direction. This individual will not just execute plans but will be a self-starter who proactively drives the firm’s marketing efforts, continuously refining strategies based on performance and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals and objectives.
Lead and direct all marketing activities across various channels, including digital, social media, content, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
Serve as the primary visionary and decision-maker for the firm’s marketing efforts; the “go-to” person for setting direction and driving results.
Demand Generation & Campaigns:
Design and implement demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and improve client acquisition.
Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving client engagement.
Continuously optimize campaigns, adjust tactics based on performance metrics.
Oversee content strategy, ensuring the firm’s messaging is clear, impactful, and resonates with target audiences
Competitive Intelligence & Market Positioning:
Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and client needs to ensure marketing strategies stay ahead of the curve.
Develop innovative marketing tactics to differentiate the firm from competitors.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to develop marketing plans that meet organizational goals.
Strategize and consult with leadership on growth opportunities, new services, and brand positioning.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels.
Track and report on ROI of marketing activities, adjusting as needed to meet financial and marketing objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
Regularly report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Adapt strategies and tactics based on campaign outcomes to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Trends & Best Practices:
Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Incorporate new trends, tools, and technologies into the firm’s marketing strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
