Account Manager

For one of our subsidiaries in Karlsruhe, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/w/d) with partial travel in the sales area (Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia).
As an Account Manager (m/w/d) you will be responsible for:
- Consulting and selling PLM and CPQ software
- Support, building, and developing existing customers
- Identifying customer requirements
- Presenting tailored solutions
- Organizing demos
- Full sales cycle management
- Recognizing cross-selling and up-selling potentials
- Maintaining sales projects and customer data in the currently used CRM, as well as active use of other IT tools to support sales
- Controlling and monitoring the sales pipeline
You will enrich our team with:
- Your comprehensive experience in B2B sales of complex solutions - ideally in the software industry
- German at native level and very good English skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Your quick understanding and high solution orientation
- Your willingness to act independently
- Enjoyment of direct on-site contact with our customers (travel activity up to 30%)
