Join as an Operations Intern to drive impact in revenue operations, data analytics, and talent acquisition. Work closely with founders in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment, shipping real work and shaping processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Revenue Operations: Coordinate with Sales to close compliance tasks (e.g., Vendor Agreements, Security Questionnaires). Streamline processes to ensure smooth deal closures and compliance adherence.
• Data Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards/reports in tools like Mixpanel, Stripe, and HubSpot. Analyze data to derive insights, requiring strong numerical and data-handling skills.
• Talent Acquisition: Assist with resume screening and managing candidate pipelines. Support recruiter logistics, including scheduling interviews and other candidate communication.

You might thrive if you:

• Are a self-starter, eager to take ownership in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Have a background or are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, with coursework or experience in data analysis, project management, or HR/recruitment.
• Prior internships or part-time roles in operations, sales support, or recruitment, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms) or basic scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation.
• Involvement in extracurriculars or leadership roles demonstrating organization, teamwork, and problem-solving (e.g., student organizations, event planning, or team projects).
• Exposure to AI or tech-driven industries through coursework, personal projects, or self-study, showing curiosity about emerging technologies.

Job details:

• Job Type: Accepting both full-time (40-50 hr/week) & part-time (20-30 hr/week). Onsite with flexible hours.
• Base Salary: Competitive hourly rate
• Location: Redwood City, CA, US.
