HubSpot CRM & RevOps Intern (Spring 2026 - Remote)
Are you a college student studying marketing or sales who's curious about how data, systems, and technology drive revenue growth? Join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team this spring and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology.
This internship offers an inside look at how a modern marketing organization leverages HubSpot CRM and AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize sales processes, and maintain high-quality data. You'll be part of real projects that help our marketing and sales teams make smarter decisions and work more effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Learn how to navigate and manage HubSpot CRM from data hygiene to workflow automation
- Support the HubSpot migration project, assisting with data transfers, testing, and documentation
- Maintain data quality and accuracy, ensuring clean contact and company records
- Explore and experiment with HubSpot's AI-powered tools and new features that enhance the sales process
- Help analyze and improve RevOps workflows, learning how systems, tools, and teams connect
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards that help marketing and sales measure performance
- Research and share insights on emerging CRM and AI trends that could benefit the organization
Qualifications:
- A current college student majoring in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you notice the little things that others miss
- Strong at time management and able to work independently with clear priorities
- Curious, analytical, and interested in how technology and data drive business results
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and learning from others
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel); CRM experience a plus, but not required
- Eager to learn about Revenue Operations (RevOps) and how it connects marketing, sales, and client success
