Sales Representative

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the beauty, facial or aesthetics industry

Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification as a minimum educational qualification

Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and team

Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Strong understanding of beauty products, facial treatments and aesthetic procedures, with the ability to articulate their benefits to potential customers

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients

Must be willing to work full-time at the onsite location in Southkey, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia

Requirements

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the beauty and fitness sector

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and attending industry events to increase market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements and innovation

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts and budgets to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth

Benefits

Salary: RM3.5K-RM30K per month + Commission: RM1K-RM28K
