About The Role

We're looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across all regions of Mexico as part of the national support office for one of the world's most iconic QSR chicken brands. This role serves as the day-to-day operations lead at the franchisee support level, working closely with regional operations teams to deploy tools, systems, and routines that ensure consistent execution of the brand's operating model in every restaurant across the country. You will coordinate the national rollout of key initiatives, support the preparation and performance of regional operations, and ensure that every store—from Baja California to Quintana Roo—executes in alignment with the brand's service, quality, and guest experience standards. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and continuously updating the brand's operations manual and training documentation, ensuring new franchise teams are properly onboarded, supported, and set up for success during launch and beyond. Based in Mexico City, you will work alongside a Senior Manager responsible for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, development, training, and global operations to embed operational excellence at scale. With over 40 restaurants currently operating and a bold plan to grow beyond 400 in the next decade, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the operational foundation of a brand that's rapidly transforming the QSR landscape in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

National Operations Support & Execution

  • Serve as the central link between the franchise support office and regional operations leaders to ensure the consistent implementation of brand standards, processes, and field tools.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new operating routines, technology rollouts, and process updates to the field, ensuring clarity, timelines, and adoption plans.
  • Partner with regional leadership to monitor executional health, resolve operational roadblocks, and promote continuous improvement.

Operational Standards & Training Deployment

  • Maintain and evolve the brand's operations manual, SOPs, and restaurant execution standards.
  • Train and support franchisee teams on the use of operational systems, procedures, and restaurant readiness practices.
  • Support new restaurant openings and regional rollouts with the right materials, routines, and hands-on guidance.

Tools, Systems & Enablement

  • Lead the localization, adaptation, and communication of brand-provided operations tools, systems, and guides.
  • Work with training and HR teams to ensure field training content is aligned with operational needs and business priorities.
  • Track field team feedback and performance trends to recommend updates or improvements to operational systems.

Performance Monitoring & Field Readiness

  • Collaborate with field teams to monitor performance KPIs and operational compliance across all stores.
  • Support regional leaders in preparation for audits, new store openings, and special initiatives by providing guidance, checklists, and troubleshooting support.
  • Assist in coordinating operational readiness for nationwide programs, promotions, or launches.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison with global brand teams and regional stakeholders to align operations with brand strategies, innovations, and guest experience goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional planning sessions with marketing, development, training, and supply chain to ensure end-to-end operational feasibility and execution.
  • Support the Senior Manager, LAC Operations, by providing regional updates and supporting key franchisee performance reviews.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in operations within the QSR or foodservice industry, preferably in a support or multi-unit leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems, routines, and team execution models.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience managing performance and supporting field teams in complex or multi-region environments.
  • Experience maintaining and deploying brand standards, training content, and operational documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and driving improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Why Join Us

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the foundation of a high-growth brand rollout across Mexico, working directly with regional operators, the global brand, and cross-functional partners. You'll be a key driver of consistency, performance, and operational excellence—helping deliver great guest experiences in every corner of the country. If you thrive on organization, love working behind the scenes to enable field success, and are ready to grow with one of the world's most dynamic restaurant brands—this is the opportunity for you.
