Key Responsibilities

Managing the process for restaurant changeovers including relationships with field, owners, external counsel, third party building inspectors, GBS teams (P2P, FCM, AR)

Preparing templates and decks for weekly Transaction Meeting, and other ad routine & ad hoc reporting including Preview and monthly Leadership Team updates

Modelling and evaluating financial risk & feasibility for renovations and growth opportunities

Coordinate between franchisees, Field representatives and Finance departments for all reconciliations regarding change of ownership, account closures and standard operations

Onboarding of owners to our system, establishing their banking details and access to view all billings applied relating to their operations

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Qualifications:

University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field

2-3 years of experience

Experience building scalable, streamlined financial models in Microsoft Excel is required

Highly proficient with MS Office applications

Familiarity with Smartsheet and SAP is an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization through various forms (oral presentation, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong analytical, organizational and work management skills

Ability to function effectively in a team environment and independently

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining accuracy

Ability to work out of our Toronto office 5 days of the week

Salary: Base salary range of $75,000.00 – $95,000.00. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
