Customer Support Representative

This is an on-site role for an English-speaking Customer Support Representative. The role is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and involves engaging in meaningful conversations with an International customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and troubleshooting issues as necessary. Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

Willingness to work rotating shifts, such as 09:00–17:00, 17:00–01:00, or 01:00–09:00.

Intermediate proficiency in technology and the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.

Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.

The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively.

A focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and logical reasoning abilities.

Own transportation to and from work.

Desired Skills:

Previous experience in Customer Support or Customer Service roles is advantageous.

Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Experience with Apple technology is beneficial.

Experience in Google Workplace is advantageous.

Knowledge of the iGaming industry is desirable.

Holding a Degree or Diploma is an added advantage.
