Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Shared Services Manager serves as a key partner to the Shared Services Senior Management Team and COO. This role drives cohesion and operational excellence across the unit by managing a range of strategic, high-impact, and cross-cutting initiatives while aligning Shared Services teams. The Shared Services Manager is essential in advancing work to support unit and organizational objectives. Additionally, the position plays a vital role in shaping communication and engagement for a wide range of contexts within our global organization.
Strategic coordination
Communication
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
Experience: At least eight years of experience in roles that involve systems and process management and high-level coordination across teams and functions
Skills & abilities: Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
Exceptional listening, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messaging for a variety of contexts
Self-sufficient and resourceful with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong connections with colleagues and the pulse of the organization
Skilled in managing up and across within a complex, remote environment
Effective at building relationships and aligning stakeholders; demonstrates emotional intelligence and intercultural awareness while driving work forward
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Able to work remotely during East Coast standard work hours and willing to convene periodically in-person for team meetings, as needed

The salary range for applicants based in the US is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The exact offer will be determined by various factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience relative to the requirements of the role.
