We are a growing company active in Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing. To further strengthen our market position, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Hunter – Cybersecurity & Software Testing. This role offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our market position in the Netherlands, together with a driven team of professionals.
Function Description
To further realize our growth ambitions in the Netherlands, we are looking for an active sales hunter – a New Business Sales Executive who brings in new customers, closes deals, and leaves the competition behind.
As a Sales Hunter – Cybersecurity & Software Testing, you play a key role in identifying, attracting, and binding new customers within the Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing sector. You are an enterprising team player with a positive attitude and the drive to create and seize opportunities.
In other words, you hunt for new business and new customers. You are an enterprising closer who is not satisfied with "maybe," but only with a full "yes" from the customer. You know how to open doors to C-level executives and have the persuasive power to close deals.
- Hunting, scoring, closing. You actively search for new customers and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Sales in Cybersecurity & QA Software Testing. Think of services such as Pen Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM, Automation & Performance Testing.
- Building your own customer portfolio. You create opportunities and market our solutions.
- Conducting C-level conversations. You engage directly with decision-makers and know how to turn their challenges into deals.
- Presenting customized proposals. You work closely with our technical teams to offer the perfect solution.
- Smart negotiating. You know how to close contracts and make win-win deals.
- Always staying one step ahead of the competition. You follow market developments and respond accordingly.
Function Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years proven experience as a hunter in B2B sales, preferably in Cybersecurity and/or QA Software Testing.
- Track record in new business development. You have achieved success in bringing in new customers.
- A network in the Cybersecurity sector? A golden bonus!
- Goal-oriented and competitive. You are a go-getter who delivers results.
- Strong negotiator and closer. You know how to successfully close deals.
- Self-starting and proactive. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and seize opportunities with both hands.

- First Screening: First screening interview by HR and Business Manager OMG (Objective Management Group) Test: If you pass the first steps, you will have an assessment interview with the OMG test consultant.
